Stago has launched qLabs FIB, a novel point-of-care fibrinogen monitoring system, for rapid measurement of functional fibrinogen levels from a single drop of citrated whole blood.
With a hands-on time of <60 secs, it delivers results in ≤10 minutes. The lower the fibrinogen level, the faster the time to result.
QLabs FIB enables rapid, goal directed therapy with early administration of fibrinogen supplementation in the management of critical bleeds such as post-partum haemorrhage.
