Stago offers a comprehensive range for anticoagulant monitoring: The STA®-Liquid Anti-Xa is a specific, easy to use and reliable test. Fully automated test on STA® line analysers, it is the solution of choice for UFH, LMWH, Fondaparinux, Rivaroxaban and Apixaban monitoring. STA ECA II -Ecarin Chromogenic Assay for direct thrombin inhibitors (Dabigatran) VKA- Prothrombin range (STA NeoPTimal and STA Neoplastin R) HITs testing- screening tests and ELISA assays.

Heparins (UFH and LMWH) and Direct Anti-Xa Oral Anticoagulants are used for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic diseases.

STA Liquid Anti Xa assay

The quantitative determination of anti-Xa activity:

> of the Heparin (UFH and LMWH) is helpful for monitoring treatment efficacy

> of Rivaroxaban, Apixaban or Edoxaban level, in conjunction with clinical examination, is helpful in the assessment of the clinical status in certain situations.
